All room keys are disinfected prior to distribution to guests. Mobile keys are available via the World of Hyatt app if you desire contactless check-in.

OUR TEAM MEMBERS

Our team has received comprehensive and required training regarding social distancing and hygiene practices – including proper glove, mask and respiratory etiquette. In addition, team members are required to perform self-screens at home. During their shifts, staff is encouraged to wash hands/disinfect frequently and maintain social distancing. A designated Hygiene Manager is on property to oversee all hotel operations and standards.
